In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to link the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 Remote Controller to the DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0.

Before you start, you’ll need to ensure the following:

  • You have download and installed the latest version of DJI GO 4 app in the App Store or Google Play on your smartphone or tablet.
  • Your aircraft and remote controller battery levels are more than 50% charged.

There are a couple of different ways to complete the re-linking:

  1. Linking the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 Remote Controller with DJI GO 4
  2. Linking the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 Remote Controller with Combination Buttons

Linking the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 Remote Controller with DJI GO 4

Firstly, you’ll need to connect your remote controller to your smartphone or tablet and launch DJI GO 4 app:

Once you’ve entered the flight interface, click on ‘Remote Controller Settings’:

Now scroll to the bottom and click the button ‘Linking Remote Controller’ and tap ‘OK’ on the popup message:

The remote controller will then start beeping and the indicator will start flashing blue to tell you that it’s ready to link:

You should now press into the Link Button (for approx. 2 seconds), which can be found on the right of the aircraft:

The indicator will turn green and the GO 4 app will let you know that the remote controller has been linked successfully:

Linking the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 Remote Controller with Combination Buttons

With the remote controller turned on, simultaneously press and hold the C1, C2 and Record Buttons:

Once you hear a beeping noise and the indicator is flashing blue, the remote controller is ready to be linked:

You should now press into the Link Button (for approx. 2 seconds), which can be found on the right of the aircraft:

When the indicator has turned green and the beeping stops, the linking has been successful:
