DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise_How to Activate Intelligent Battery Self-Heating Function

In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to activate the self-heating battery function for DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise and/or Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual intelligent flight battery.

Note: This function can be activated when the battery’s temperature is between -10°C to 6°C.

Before you start, you’ll need to ensure the following:

  • Your Mavic 2 Enterprise battery level is higher than 50% (preferably 100% charged).

There are two different ways to enable your M2E battery’s self-heating function:

  • Manually
  • Automatically

Manually Activate Intelligent Battery Self-Heating Function

Firstly, you will need to turn off the battery. Then, press and hold the battery button for 5 seconds to enter self-heating mode:

Intelligent Battery Heat Retention State

The Mavic 2 Enterprise Intelligent Battery will enter a heat retention state when the battery’s temperature is above 8°C. The Battery Status Indicator will blink in a clockwise rotation to signify this:

It can stay in the heat retention state for a maximum of 20 minutes and will automatically exit this state once the battery meets the conditions to stop self-heating, or once it’s reached the maximum time limit.
