7-Day Combined Industry Drone Training Course
The combined UDT Commercial Enterprise course is aimed towards qualifying companies and organisations from basic drone awareness to complete commercial compliance with the CAA, plus trained in the use of Pix4D aerial mapping and photogrammetry software. The course is broken down into four learning modules and will take approximately seven days of training. This can be done in an integrated 7-day training package or a modular format to suit the time-frames of your business operations:
You will receive the full training experience from our UDT courses including the Combined PfCO, OSC Volume 3 and Pix4D Mapping. You have the choice of attending course dates with our other customers from varied commercial backgrounds, or if you are booking a training package for more than 5 people, we can offer private training tailored to your organisation’s industry.
We provide interim support, coaching and mentorship throughout the process and the attendance courses are fully supported by our online E-Learning system. All our students are assigned a dedicated UDT Instructor as their main point of contact throughout the Permission application process. This instructor will review your Ops Manual and answer any queries you may have along the way.
Upon completion of this 5-step enterprise course, you will have everything you need to use a drone effectively within your business, gaining immediate value with commercial deliverables and benefits.
Day 1 of the Uplift Drone Training theory course will cover the following subjects that meet and exceed the CAA recommended syllabus:

To operate with reduced distance separation compared to what the standard Permission for Commercial Operations allows (i.e. less than 50m), you have to submit an Operational Safety Case Volume 3.
This OSC is submitted in addition to Volume 1 and 2 along with supporting evidence in an application to the CAA for a reduced distance PfCO.
